New Beginnings

“The Apparel and Awards Factory started about 10 years ago. We started in a small retail location next to Papa John’s. Our business grew steadily over those 10 years. We outgrew 2 locations during that time. Josh Conder has been with me since the beginning and played a big role in that growth along with our other great employees. At 63 years old I was beginning to be concerned about an exit strategy at some point down the road as this business continued to grow. When Josh and the Noe’s approached me about purchasing this business it seemed like the perfect fit and time. Josh knows the business well and the Noe’s bring another perspective as to marketing and big picture ideas. They have lots of great ideas that will continue to grow this business and make it even better. I have great confidence as to where this business is going and excited to see where they take it.
